Ladders is assisting a leader in Real Estate & Construction to hire a Project Manager. This remote, US-based role oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence while coordinating with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing plans, managing risks and finances, guiding project teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in real estate or construction.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate project teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Develop and track comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and issues
• Manage project finances, ensuring budget compliance and accurate forecasts
• Implement quality control measures to meet client expectations
• Identify and drive process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
