Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee the Child Support Modernization Project, coordinating pilot and rollout activities, and ensuring client readiness across teams.

The role requires close collaboration with the Organizational Change Management team and project leadership, with a strong emphasis on communication, planning, and timely issue resolution.

Onsite is possible but 90-100% remote work is supported; candidate should be prepared for onsite if required.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in project implementation roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change and training.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation activities up to and during pilot and rollout.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management and project leadership.
• Facilitate meetings between project teams and client vendors to ensure go-live readiness.
