Job summary

Project Farma, LLC is seeking a Manager for PF Project Delivery to lead diverse projects ranging from facility builds to retrofits in the life sciences sector. The role involves coordinating technically complex engagements across biologics, gene therapy, and other advanced therapies, while driving client satisfaction and growth.

The candidate will mentor teams, manage deliverables, and support business development activities across U.S. clients, with telecommuting and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of progressively responsible experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharma or biotech industries.
• Experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facility startup, and project management; client relationships; lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical performance of projects from facility builds to retrofits and expansions.
• Support clients on biologics, gene, mRNA, radioligand and other therapies; expand business with partner accounts.
• Identify, train, coach, and mentor project engineers and consultants.
• Manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and grow opportunities.
• Engage in business development and lead generation; present services to clients.
• Stay abreast of market and technology trends through industry groups.
