Job summary

Masimo is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to coordinate on-site activities during hospital implementations. You will educate clinical staff on Masimo devices, help deliver equipment to units, and support training to ensure a smooth rollout across facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in critical care, leadership, and strong communication. Travel is involved and you will report to the Regional Manager, Clinical Implementation as part of the Field Technician Services team.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of critical care or related clinical experience.
• Leadership experience and track record coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities at clinical implementations.
• Educate hospital staff on Masimo products and devices.
• Deliver products to hospital units and support training.
• Manage inventory distribution and device decommissioning.
• Collaborate with Masimo HQ to align equipment needs.
