Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is partnering with a boutique CRO client to recruit a Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical studies from startup through closeout.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary sponsor contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure studies meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves fully remote work with occasional travel, collaboration with sponsors and vendors, and oversight of study startup, execution,

Qualifications

• Must independently lead clinical studies as a Clinical Project Manager or equivalent.
• Experience with CROs strongly preferred.
• Experience managing study budgets, scope changes, and change orders.
• Hands-on study startup experience and familiarity with monitoring visit review.
• Strong understanding of risk management and vendor oversight.
• Experience supporting global clinical trials and communicating directly with sponsors.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable clinical trial regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of clinical studies, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsors, internal study teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project financials, identify out-of-scope activities, and support change orders.
• Drive study startup activities, including feasibility, site selection, and site activation planning.
• Review monitoring visit reports, ensure findings are addressed and escalated.
• Identify study risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee vendor performance against deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, study documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate study team training and readiness.
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense activities.
