Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Clinical Implementation Specialist to coordinate on-site activities during patient care technology deployments. You will partner with clinical leads to educate hospital staff on Masimo devices, support installations, and coordinate with Masimo HQ and OEM partners for a smooth transition.

Remote to cover West Coast focus, with travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of critical care experience, leadership, and strong stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years critical care or related clinical experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Track record of coordinating with multiple key stakeholders to deliver results.
• Must be Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activity during Masimo implementations with internal/external customers.
• Educate hospital staff on Masimo products and devices.
• Deliver products to hospital units and assist with education and device decommissioning.
• Coordinate equipment needs with Masimo Corporate and partners.
• Drive timely deliverables and present a professional image reflecting Masimo.
