Arcadia is seeking a results-driven Life Sciences Project Manager to guide solutioning initiatives from finalized agreements through implementation and turnover. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

In this role you will create comprehensive project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and action items, and you will drive alignment across stakeholders and customers to agree on priorities and execution approaches.

• Manage life sciences solutioning projects from sales to implementation.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Monitor progress, assign owners, and mitigate risks early.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and handover to Delivery & Operations with runbooks.
• Lead project retrospectives to drive continuous improvements.

• Manage multiple Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover, ensuring complete and on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain clear project plans with milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, issues, and action items.
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles early, secure accountable owners, and escape risks when necessary.

Requirements and Stakeholder Coordination:

• Facilitate requirements discussions and document agreed business and technical documentation, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and decisions.
• Build alignment across participating teams on priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, and execution approach.
• Facilitate customer and channel-partner discussions and prepare concise status reporting for internal leaders and stakeholders.

Implementation Readiness and Operations Turnover:

• Ensure all project workstreams—requirements, analysis, technical development, testing, documentation, and implementation readiness—are completed on time.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and transition completed projects to Delivery & Operations with required runbooks, known issues, and clear ownership.
• Facilitate project retrospectives and turn recurring lessons into practical improvements for future projects.
