Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of project management business/operations.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in health plan, managed care, or benefits management industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of directly applicable work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Comfortable in a high-visibility, individual contributor role with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong meeting facilitation, presentation and note taking skills.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects with significant technical and operational demands.
• Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, directing cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster relationships across a matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority.
• Develop and tailor project plans using appropriate PM frameworks to meet client needs.
• Apply end-to-end thinking to drive execution across project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain Charters, RAID Logs, Project Plans, Milestone Charts and status reports.
