Job summary

Vida Health is seeking an Implementation Operations Manager to lead client implementation work from sales handoff through ongoing QA and process improvement. You will own the full lifecycle of program changes, partner changes, and new client launches alongside Client Success, TechOps, and Product teams.

In this remote US role, you will configure platforms, map data, manage billing workflows, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data operations, analytics, health tech, or technical implementation.
• Experience in digital health, health plans, employer benefits, or B2B SaaS onboarding.
• Familiarity with healthcare data types: eligibility, claims, pharmacy, lab, and prior authorization.
• Experience turning contract terms into system configuration (billing, SLAs, performance guarantees).

Responsibilities

• Execute client success led initiatives with documentation, action plans, and status tracking.
• Track current and new client details as ongoing reference.
• Align internal stakeholders and drive progress on client deliverables.
• Map client data to internal schemas and perform QA of data ingestion.
• Monitor SLAs, maintain dashboards, and resolve pipeline issues quickly.
• Support file configurations, launch readiness, and platform tooling enhancements.
• Onboard client files through GCS and Fivetran into DBT models with QA.
• Load and process healthcare files via secure SFTP delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate ingestion pipelines.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech and Analytics for launch readiness.
