Job summary

Vida Health is seeking an Implementation Operations Manager to join our Client Success TechOps team. You will own the full lifecycle of client implementations, from sales handoff through QA and process improvement, including data exchange, billing file config, and platform tooling enhancements.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, scalable setup, ongoing readiness for launches, and robust data quality across health data streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data operations, analytics, health tech, or technical implementation.
• Experience in digital health, health plans, employer benefits, or B2B SaaS onboarding.
• Familiarity with healthcare data types: eligibility, claims, pharmacy, lab, and prior authorization.
• Experience turning contract terms into system configuration (billing, SLAs, performance).
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment with handling of PHI.

Responsibilities

• Execute client success led initiatives with documented plans, status, and resolutions.
• Track current and new client details as ongoing reference sources.
• Align internal stakeholders and drive progress on client deliverables and issue resolutions.
• Map client data to internal schemas, run test loads, and QA for data quality.
• Monitor SLAs, maintain dashboards, and resolve data pipeline issues quickly.
• Support file configurations, launch readiness, and platform tooling in Command Center.
• Onboard client files via GCS and Fivetran into DBT models with QA.
• Load and process healthcare files (labs, claims, pharmacy) via secure delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate ingestion pipelines and surface anomalies.
• Configure pricing, engagement rules, and billing workflows based on contracts.
• Validate end-to-end setup using dashboards and raw data pipelines.
