Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a remote Implementation Manager based in the United States to lead onboarding, activation, expansion, and optimization of programs for health plan clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful go-lives and warranty transitions.

The role requires strong project management discipline, client-facing experience, and ability to handle complex care management product implementations. Travel is occasional (<10%), with emphasis on delivering high-quality client experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years project management (non-IT) experience.
• 4+ years client-facing experience.
• 5+ years working in client implementations, project management, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Project management certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for end-to-end program implementation and coordinate internal activities across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Be the primary client/implementation contact, host kick-off and status meetings, and track progress.
• Guide clients through program configuration options and operational impacts.
• Ensure stakeholders understand requirements, dependencies, ownership, and outcomes.
• Maintain implementation records across all clients and report status to leadership.
