Job summary

Vida Health is seeking a data operations professional to serve as the technical and operational point of contact for client implementations. You will own the full lifecycle of program changes, partner changes, and new client implementations.

You will execute client-led initiatives, document issues, map client data to schemas, run test loads, perform QA, and implement billing workflows using SQL, dbt, and Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data operations, analytics, health tech, or technical implementation.
• Experience with healthcare data types and HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical and operational point of contact for client implementation between Vida and clients/vendors.
• Own full lifecycle of program changes, partner changes, and new client implementations.
• Execute client led initiatives, document issues, and drive resolution.
• Map client data to schemas, run test loads, and perform QA.
• Implement billing workflows using SQL, dbt, and Python scripts.
