CVS Health is seeking an Implementation Manager for a remote U.S.-based role with occasional travel. You will lead onboarding, activation, expansion and optimization of CVS Health programs for health plan clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high‑quality implementation outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years of project management (non-IT) and client-facing experience, with 5+ years in client implementations or related fields.

• 4+ years client-facing experience.
• 5+ years working in client implementations, project management, or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program implementation across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout implementation; manage plans and status.
• Guide configuration options and operational impacts for programs.
• Ensure stakeholders understand requirements, dependencies, ownership and outcomes.
