Liviniti, LLC is seeking an Implementation Coordinator in Natchitoches, LA to manage onboarding and transition of new business. You will collaborate with client teams and consultants to ensure on-time, accurate delivery, and to extend relationships and revenue through successful implementations.

The role emphasizes documentation, risk tracking, and coordinating across multiple internal teams to maintain service levels and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates good presentation skills and shows strong negotiation abilities.
• MS Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) is expected.
• Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to establish rapport.

Responsibilities

• Develops and builds client relationships by delivering a positive onboarding experience.
• Adheres to procedural standards including documentation, testing, and understanding client specs.
• Uses project management to track milestones and provide status updates.
• Manages implementation process including documentation and client expectations.
