Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a remote, full-time onboarding and client success specialist to lead the complete lifecycle of client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for the assigned platform. You will deliver training, configure workflows, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure strong product adoption and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting demos, stakeholder education, and proactive engagement to improve usage, along with QA testing for releases and contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with configuring systems, training, and workflow development is preferred.
• Certifications in PM, CS, or product operations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live with workflow config and deliverables.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training and maintain training resources.
• Develop onboarding workflows, guides, and internal procedures.
• Mentor team members on processes and client engagement best practices.
• Monitor usage and re-engage low-usage customers for long-term adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions and coordination across teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution and translate requirements for stakeholders.
• Support incident response and QA testing for product releases.
