Qualifications

• Demonstrate good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Strong numeric, verbal, written, logic and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport with others.
• Program performance and understanding of healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition of new business into Liviniti effectively, accurately and timely.
• Ensure client satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams and consultants.
• Track milestones and deliverables, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Lead and manage the implementation process, including documentation and sign-off of the Implementation Plan Setup Document.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service levels and HIPAA compliance are upheld.
