Job summary

Lumivero is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide higher-education clients through the Experiential Learning Cloud onboarding journey, from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate with Support and Account Management, manage timelines, and translate complex features into practical workflows aligned to each client’s needs.

You will design databases, oversee data structure, and ensure successful adoption while maintaining proactive risk management and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years in PM, CS, or implementation roles in SaaS or EdTech with onboarding higher education experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining detail and relations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with Jira, spreadsheets, and timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solver and self-starter; collaborates across teams to resolve challenges.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a growing org.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding timeline for multiple customer implementations; track progress through all stages.
• Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings, initial setup reviews, database reviews, and coaching transitions.
• Set and manage go-live dates; flag timeline risks early.
• Serve as the customer's main contact from kickoff to go-live; build trust in onboarding.
• Translate customer goals into implementation scope; make trade-off recommendations.
• Deliver regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Identify adoption blockers and engagement gaps before they derail the project.
• Coordinate with Product and Support on questions, feature requests, or issues.
• Collaborate with Account Management on renewal planning post-launch.
• Manage scope; protect timeline from creeping scope.
