Job summary

Lumivero is seeking an Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role in the USA. You will guide higher education clients through onboarding, design the ELC database structure, and coordinate across Support and Account Management to ensure a successful go-live and adoption.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in SaaS/EdTech implementations, strong communication, and project management skills. The role includes a base salary, benefits, and a tech stipend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, PM, or related field.
• 2–4 years in project management, customer success, or implementation roles in SaaS or EdTech.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with Jira and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solver, self-starter, and cross-team collaborator.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a growth org.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding timelines for multiple customer implementations.
• Schedule kickoff meetings, setup reviews, and coaching transitions.
• Set and manage go-live dates, flag risks early.
• Translate customer goals into implementation scope and trade-off recommendations.
• Provide regular status updates highlighting progress and next steps.
• Collaborate with Product and Support on questions and issues.
• Coordinate with Account Management on renewal planning.
