CVS Health is seeking an implementation professional to collaborate with the plan sponsor implementation team. You will gather and analyze client requirements, help develop implementation plans, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.

You’ll act as the main contact during onboarding, mentor the team, and contribute to a high-performing work environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in health insurance implementation and project coordination, with

1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
Gather and analyze client requirements with the plan sponsor team.
Assist in developing implementation plans with the plan sponsor team.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of implementation projects.
Provide guidance during the implementation process and support onboarding.
Deliver leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
