Job summary

First Advantage, a leading provider of mission-critical background screening solutions to Fortune 100 and Global 500 brands, is seeking a Professional Services Manager (Implementation). This 100% remote role is based in the United States with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations, professional services engagements, or comparable customer onboarding programs in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations across product portfolio from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable solutions and govern implementation plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure timely delivery and first revenue.
