Job summary

First Advantage seeks a Professional Services Manager (Implementation) to connect customer requirements with onboarding to the First Advantage program. You will own implementations from discovery to go-live, translating technical needs into practical business solutions and guiding multiple teams toward scalable best-practice outcomes.

This is a 100% remote role for US-based candidates, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex implementations or professional services engagements in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate integrations, APIs, data exchange, and ATS/HRIS concepts into clear business implications.
• Excellent facilitation, executive presence, presentation, written communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from discovery through go-live across the First Advantage product portfolio.
• Turn customer business and technical requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Negotiate scope, priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and solution choices with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrate delivery across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Success, ATS/HRIS partners, and customer teams.
• Drive progress toward go-live and first revenue, managing scope creep and delivery risks.
