Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Epic Implementation Project Manager to lead healthcare IT implementations across clinical and revenue cycle environments. This remote role coordinates across stakeholders to deliver aligned scope, timelines and system configurations.

You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, travel to client sites as needed, and partner with clinical teams to translate requirements into effective workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Epic implementations or healthcare IT projects is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale project goals, resources, and timelines.
• Lead clinical implementation initiatives.
• Develop and align project scope and deliverables with objectives.
