Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead new client implementations, contract changes, and internal projects. You will craft customized plans, deliver remote or on-site training, and manage data migration activities while coordinating with client staff and internal teams.

• 1–2 years software experience or certification related to Relativity.
• 1–2 years software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Manage client contract changes and internal projects.
• Coordinate hands-on training sessions (remote or on-site) and consultations.
• Plan data migrations and design customized workflows and processes.
• Manage client relationships and overall project success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
