Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead new client implementations, contract changes, and internal or special projects. You will manage customized plans including training, data migration, workflows, and client relationships, ensuring project success.

The role requires strong communication, documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Travel up to 5–10% may be required as projects dictate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects with deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage client expectations.
• Ability to document processes, workflows and decisions clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and lead without direct reporting lines.
• Willingness to learn new technology and consult with customers on complex concepts.
• Experience with legal services or litigation support is a plus.
• Travel between 5–10% based on client and project needs.
