Job summary

BookNook is looking for a strategic, outcomes-driven implementation leader to own the launch, delivery, and long-term health of partnerships. You will onboard and implement new customers, guide ongoing health, renewal, and growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders to drive implementation excellence and measurable student outcomes.

This role requires coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple complex partnerships, and balancing operational detail

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex implementations or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.
• Curiosity and obsession with continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability with a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for BookNook programs by serving as a strategic consultant to district and school leaders.
• Monitor implementation performance, analyze customer feedback and program data, and identify opportunities to improve delivery and student outcomes.
• Independently manage multiple complex implementations by proactively identifying risks and coordinating stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for district leaders, providing strategic guidance throughout implementation and ongoing partnership management.
• Track and report on key implementation metrics and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
