Job summary

StarRez, Inc. seeks a University Operations Coordinator to onboard university partners onto the College Pads platform and support ongoing partnerships with new features. You will coordinate with College Pads, StarRez Development, and Product & Tech teams to ensure a smooth implementation and long-term success for university partners.

The role focuses on project management, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences, with a remote work setup for US-based partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, customer success, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with university partners.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full onboarding process for new university partners, ensuring an efficient and successful platform launch.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for university stakeholders (housing, IT, and legal staff) throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with College Pads and StarRez teams to facilitate smooth platform implementations.
• Work with university partners to roll out new features, tools, and enhancements post-launch.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
• Set up demo environments for prospective university partners to showcase platform capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and enhance partner satisfaction.
