Job summary

Novalink Solutions is seeking a State Implementation Manager to oversee pilot and system rollout for the Child Support Modernization Project. You will coordinate across Project Management and Organizational Change Management teams and work with the DDI Vendor to ensure hardware and software readiness for go-live.

Responsibilities include maintaining acceptance criteria, updating stakeholders on progress, and facilitating cross-team meetings to keep KIDS, wiKIDS, and the modernized system in sync

Qualifications

• 11+ years of project management experience.
• Experience creating and executing project implementation and communication plans.
• Proven ability to initiate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation activities through pilot and system rollout.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management and Project Management teams.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met before transitioning from UAT to pilot and to full rollout.
• Collaborate with DDI Vendor to prepare sites for go-live and training.
