Job summary

InSite Health Inc. seeks an Implementation Coordinator to lead day-to-day logistics for deploying the InSite Wellness Platform across partner schools.

You will work with the District Account Manager, clinical team, and engineering/operations staff to own the project plan, track onboarding progress, coordinate training, and ensure schools are configured and using the platform effectively. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with district IT, and oversee a complex rollout across 160+

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation management, or operations in a SaaS/healthcare/education environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Self-directed and able to manage a complex workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIS data feeds, SSO configuration, and school roster setup with district IT staff.
• Manage school-level platform configuration including role assignments, user accounts, and workflow settings.
• Conduct connectivity and platform readiness checks with pilot schools prior to go-live.
• Document configuration decisions and maintain a school-by-school onboarding tracker.
• Own and maintain the master implementation project plan across all rollout phases.
• Track onboarding milestones and flag delays to the District Account Manager.
• Coordinate training sessions, go-live dates, and post-launch check-ins across 160+ schools.
• Manage the feedback loop with pilot schools and compile findings for districtwide rollout.
