Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client-facing implementations of the Trio platform across MSP and SaaS environments. You will own the end-to-end process from configuration through go-live, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure a high-quality deployment.

This remote-friendly role in the Central Time zone requires 5–7 years of experience in implementation or onboarding, strong communication, and travel up to 25% for go-live support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP desirable.
• 5–7 years in implementation or client onboarding.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation activities for the Trio platform across MSP and SaaS.
• Own end-to-end implementation from setup to go-live.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops.
