Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the successful deployment of Navigate360 and related student success technologies. You will work with institutions and internal teams to guide implementations from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.

The role emphasizes project management, partner consultation, and change management to improve student success outcomes. Remote or East Coast-aligned hours are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, client success, project management, implementation, higher education, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating meetings or trainings.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support implementation activities for Navigate360 and related student success technologies from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Maintain detailed launch plans and identify risks, dependencies, or challenges.
• Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to support workflow design, adoption readiness, and change management.
• Escalate risks and blockers and contribute to solution development.
• Provide cross-functional coordination with internal teams to align priorities and execution.
