OuterSignal is hiring an Implementation Lead to own the customer relationship from signed agreement to first results. You will work directly with brands, learn their goals, and design use cases to achieve them.

• Experience onboarding multiple stakeholders and mid-market accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to build onboarding docs that teams actually use.

Responsibilities

• Own each new brand from signed contract to live, starting from sales handoff.
• Manage escalations during onboarding; partner with Sales and Engineering.
• Set up Shopify, Klaviyo, and ensure data accuracy before launch.
• Build use cases that match why the customer signed up and drive go-live.
