Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles and onboarding clients.
• Built Klaviyo flows and segments; use AI tools daily (Claude/ChatGPT).
• Thrive in high-growth, early-stage environments; data-curious.

Responsibilities

• Own each new brand from signed contract to live, including technical setup and use case delivery.
• Work with stakeholders from founders to retention teams to ensure successful go-live.
• Transition accounts to CSMs with a clear handoff and write playbooks for scale.
