Job summary

This role owns the full customer implementation journey from signed agreement to go-live, and contributes to building repeatable onboarding playbooks in an AI-native environment.

You will configure Shopify and Klaviyo integrations, ensure data quality, manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and hand off accounts to Customer Success with clear
