Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking an organized Implementation Manager to own onboarding and rollout for large enterprise clients, starting from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days of adoption.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure scalable rollout and rapid adoption. You will monitor time-to-first-login, platform utilization, and retention, translating insights into actionable plans for both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with financial services clients such as investment banks, hedge funds, or venture capital firms is preferred.
• Proficient with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients through the first 90 days.
• Lead regular status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track adoption signals (time to first login, first-login rate, retention) and act on them with the account team.
• Coordinate handoff from pre-sale to Account Managers and Customer Success with a maintenance plan.
• Analyze adoption trends and bottlenecks; translate data into actionable insights.
