Job summary

Linear is seeking an Implementation Manager to own enterprise go-lives and drive successful rollouts. You will coordinate across CSM, Solutions Engineering, Customer Education, Sales, and customer teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will manage multi-workstream deployments, validate scope with Sales, and lead the enablement calendar and migration readiness. This role favors a North America-based candidate in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record managing multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts (1,000+ user deployments preferred).
• Deep fluency with structured project management: implementation plans, dependencies, owners, risk tracking.
• Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning the technical execution directly.
• Strong executive communication: comfortable running a steering committee and VP-level status updates.
• Experience defining and enforcing services scope and managing scope creep.
• Bonus: familiarity with enterprise migration patterns, SSO/SCIM provisioning, or working with Solutions Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise customers: timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk, and accountability.
• Run the handoff from Sales at deal close with CSM and Solutions Engineering: validate scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness.
• Coordinate workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams across IT, Solutions Engineering, and engineering escalations.
• Build the enablement calendar with Customer Education, drive training plans, and plan wave-by-wave rollout.
• Own go-live execution and first 30 days post-launch: adoption tracking, rapid triage, and handoff to CSM.
• Define and enforce the services engagement model for clear scope, deliverables, and boundaries.
• Build the implementation playbook to make rollouts repeatable and scalable.
