Job summary

EngFlow is hiring an Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical voice for customers, helping them integrate and optimize build workflows within the EngFlow platform. You will support trials and ongoing usage, working with internal teams to ensure a world-class experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset, with a fully remote team and opportunities to engage with the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers—guiding adoption and scaling of the platform.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.
• Help customers optimize their use of the company’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering to surface product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback.
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation to improve future support.
• Engage with the broader community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences, representing the company’s voice with clarity.
• Contribute to operational excellence through metrics, tooling improvements, and automation.
