Job summary

Impiricus is seeking an Implementation Manager to execute and manage client onboarding campaigns. This remote, full-time role collaborates with Client Success and Development teams to translate requirements into technical delivery while tracking timelines and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university required.
Entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required.
Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems.
Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines.
Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution.
Communicate campaign-related updates, issues, and needs to Development and Customer Success teams.
Generate, review, and upload client and internal reports in a timely manner.
Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating as needed.
