Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a highly organized Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global brands. This remote, full-time contractor role focuses on post-sale campaign ownership, onboarding, planning, execution, reporting, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will manage 25–45 concurrent campaigns across multiple creators and time zones, ensuring deliverables meet brand objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-volume influencer campaigns and client success workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with international brands.
• Ability to balance multiple campaigns across different time zones and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating creators and activations.
• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple international time zones and teams.
• Maintain proactive client communication, guidance, and exceptional service throughout the lifecycle.
• Track progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
