Job summary

findation.ai is seeking an experienced Deployment/Implementation Engineer to help clients integrate and launch automated workflows. You’ll be hands-on with deployments, configurations, and training.

You will deploy automation systems, configure integrations with existing client systems, troubleshoot issues, and document processes. Remote-first team with growth opportunities toward senior engineering roles and equity options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, DevOps, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Comfortable training non-technical users.
• Bonus: Experience with automation platforms or workflow tools.
