Job summary

Fortress Information Security is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support the Fortress Platform across Orlando HQ and remote environments in the US. You will assist end users during implementation, configure software, troubleshoot, perform UAT, and deploy releases across environments.

Responsibilities include client communication, training material development, feature testing, and resolving complex issues with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer-focused role with technical product knowledge.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple milestones and projects.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and independently.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and solution-focused.
• Ability to interface with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Experience using help desk tools and remote support software.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial contact for application and system concerns from clients or staff.
• Develop training materials, customize solutions, and advise management on best practices.
• Lead testing and evaluation of new features before deployment.
• Guide the implementation process with technical expertise.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues to ensure security and function.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to end users and management.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
