Fortress Information Security, LLC is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager in Orlando (HQ) with remote options in Florida. The role leads cybersecurity delivery engagements, aligning client requirements with Fortress capabilities and governance workflows.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving process improvements and AI-driven delivery optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technical project management or cybersecurity delivery.
• Experience supporting Cyber GRC or vulnerability management programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity delivery concepts and governance workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on use of agile PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to guide clients through process alignment and implementation discussions.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools to improve project delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity delivery engagements from initiation through completion.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Fortress goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead Cyber GRC and delivery initiatives, improving governance processes and remediation coordination.
• Coordinate vulnerability management engagements, including reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Document operational processes and align Fortress solutions with customer objectives.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the primary communication contact.
• Identify risks and changes, guiding resolution and delivery optimization.
• Serve as an SME for Fortress products and delivery best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and coordination.
