Job summary

Foundant is looking for an Associate Implementation Consultant to join their Client Delivery team. This remote position directly supports the implementation of Foundant software for new clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives and ROI. You will maintain a positive client experience while actively demonstrating Foundant's vision and values.

The ideal candidate should have client service experience and a solid understanding of nonprofit fund accounting. Strong communication and technical skills are key in this role, along with a commitment to driving impactful results.

Qualifications

• At least one year in philanthropy or client service in a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated experience in nonprofit fund accounting.
• Ability to identify client learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of software solutions.
• Train clients on using Foundant software products.
• Guide clients on sector practices in nonprofit accounting.
