Job summary

Nonprofit Finance Fund seeks an Initiative Support Associate to strengthen project execution and client service within Consulting. The role coordinates projects, tracks milestones, and supports operational processes across teams.

You will review client materials, assist with financial statements and impact data, and help ensure accurate documentation for engagements. The position is US-based remote with office commutable distance preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• 1 year of professional work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics, maintain project plans and timelines.
• Support invoicing, reporting, tracking re-grant disbursements, and documentation with partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor tasks and communicate progress, risks, and needs.
• Contribute to client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and workshop materials.
• Develop tools and templates; maintain knowledge resources.
