Job summary

Foundant is looking for a tech-savvy individual in Canada to configure systems and troubleshoot client issues. The role involves leading functionality delivery sessions, participating in implementation processes, and ensuring the quality of system go-lives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with SQL is a definite asset.
• Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS solutions and experience with the SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure systems from end-to-end under a project lead.
• Lead functionality delivery sessions with clients.
• Participate in project walkthroughs and implementation sessions.
• Investigate client issues technically before escalating.
• Act as the first line of QA before UAT.
• Assist with integrated system testing with new features.
• Help solve complex system tickets at the Support desk.
