Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first San Francisco startup, is hiring an Implementation Analyst to join the go-to-market team and onboard customers onto our platform.

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will configure environments, migrate data, and ensure every detail is right so customers can realize value quickly. You'll work with Agentic powered tools and grow into an Implementation Consultant role as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with 2+ years in technology consulting or onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using AI agents and structured data.
• Owns workstreams, proactive problem solving and delivery ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a client-facing SaaS env.
• Interest in audit, risk advisory or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Configure customer environments and engagement templates for a smooth day-one experience.
• Migrate data and perform setup tasks to enable go-live on schedule.
• Translate requirements into system configurations under senior guidance.
• Leverage AI-powered vibe coding agents to accelerate configuration tasks.
• Perform QA checks to ensure setups meet client specs and standards.
• Support testing cycles and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
• Assist with go-live prep and post-launch support for customers.
• Join customer calls to observe and grow direct client communication.
