Fieldguide is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our go-to-market team. You will partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to accelerate onboarding and drive rapid return on investment for new customers, using our Fieldguide Accelerator program.

You’ll own onboarding plans, build trusted relationships, identify risks, and translate customer needs into product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Bias toward action and ownership of end-to-end initiatives.
• Executive presence and ability to influence change.

Responsabilités

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement during onboarding.
• Create and manage onboarding plans aligned with customer goals.
• Develop customer champions and expand Fieldguide knowledge.
• Advocate for customer needs across Engineering, Product, Design and Sales.
• Identify risks and implement action plans to mitigate them.
• Document progress with case studies and success metrics.
