Job summary

OuterSignal is hiring its first dedicated Implementation Lead to own customer relationships from signed agreement to first results. You will work directly with brands to learn goals, build use cases, and deliver go-live.

The role is fully remote in the US, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise onboarding and scalable playbooks. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and CX to ensure data quality, and you’ll train others as the team scales, becoming the go-to expert on our product and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role with direct onboarding experience.
• Track record onboarding multiple stakeholders and mid-market accounts.
• Passion for AI and AI-native company work.
• Experience documenting onboarding processes used by teams.

Responsibilities

• Own each new brand from signed contract to live, starting from the sales handoff.
• Manage onboarding escalations; partner with Sales and Engineering as needed.
• Engage founders, retention teams, or agencies early to ensure buy-in.
• Configure technical setup (Shopify, Klaviyo) and validate data accuracy.
• Build use cases aligned to why each customer signed up.
• Transition accounts to a Customer Success Manager with a clear handoff.
• Create repeatable onboarding playbooks for mid-market and enterprise.
• Train teammates on your playbooks as the team grows.
• Develop scalable systems and tools to support growth.
• Become the product and industry trend expert.
