Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first startup based in San Francisco, CA, delivering software for audit and assurance. The Implementation Consultant will join the go-to-market team to onboard new customers and maximize ROI through Fieldguide Accelerator.

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the role is fully remote within the United States with up to 25% travel. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales to drive successful deployments and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing.
• Experience with internal controls documentation and audit methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and maintain regular engagement during implementation.
• Create success plan and track progress through onboarding.
• Develop customer champions and expand Fieldguide knowledge.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales to align needs.
• Identify risks and create action plans; document value and success metrics.
