Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our go-to-market team and drive successful customer adoption of our platform. You will onboard customers, configure environments, migrate data, and ensure day-one readiness, working closely with Implementation Consultants and cross-functional GTM teams.

You will grow into an Implementation Consultant with increasing ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging AI-powered vibe coding to accelerate tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding or implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers onto Fieldguide, configure environments, migrate data, and ensure a smooth day-one experience.
• Translate requirements into system configurations under guidance of senior teammates.
• Leverage AI-powered vibe coding agents to accelerate setup tasks and prototypes.
• Perform quality assurance checks to meet client specs and internal best practices.
• Support go-live preparation and post-launch support to help customers realize value.
