New Frontier Immigration Law is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney based in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role focuses on strategic consulting with international entrepreneurs and companies expanding into the United States, growing into client-facing leadership over time.

The ideal candidate combines strong legal ability with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in business, and will independently run high-value consultations and develop client and referral relationships.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and active US bar.
• Minimum 2 years of Business-Base Immigration Law experience.
• Based in Arizona (Phoenix) for in-person client interviews.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to executives without jargon.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss services and build trust.
• Develop strategy and filings for L-1A/L-1B, EB-1C/EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-3 PERM, E-2, O-1.
